Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dedicated, organized, and efficient Project Manager to join our team. In this role, s/he will work with the Senior Manager to coordinate and accomplish all necessary project tasks and requirements. Candidate must have a strong entertainment technical background, have an eye for details, be highly motivated, maintain very positive teamwork and collaborative style, be ready to help synchronize all the project elements and make them operate successfully in compliance with project requirements.

Duties & Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist Senior Management in the strategic planning and development phase of the upcoming project
  • Research and prepare analysis and reports as required
  • Help identify problems, solve issues and suggest ways to improve the project
  • Assist in the coordination and management of project during set-up stage
  • Consult with and gather information from suppliers and technicians, etc.
  • Create and adhere to project timelines and calendar, ensure project adheres to set schedule and in meeting goals
  • Effectively execute the management plan for the project
  • Monitor project progress & evaluate project performance
  • Manage daily activities and staff for the entire project
  • Coordinate and execute daily administrative tasks
  • Track and report project status updates to Senior Management
  • Assist and support Senior Management as required
  • Other duties as necessary



  • Age: 35-45 years
  • Fluent in Arabic & English
  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in Leisure, Entertainment or Gaming Industries
  • Minimum 3 years experience in Management/Consultancy Position


  • Knowledge of principles and procedures of project management
  • Ability to define strategy, set procedures, train staff and implement practical business solutions
  • Experience of managing a P&L account, using it to make practical commercially focused decisions
  • Proven experience of managing teams at all levels to successfully deliver against business objectives and KPI’s
  • Skills & Abilities:
  • Strong communication interpersonal skills, both written an oral
  • Detail-oriented, excels in a high-paced work environment
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to use time productively, maximize efficiency, and meet challenging work goals
  • Team player, open to feedback, can work calmly under tight, demanding deadlines
  • Ability to problem-solve independently and in groups
  • Strong work ethic with the flexibility to navigate change in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to take on additional responsibilities as needed as well as determine and
    manage priorities
  • Focused and supportive to management at all times
